Medical Dermatology
Dermatologists are experts in treating conditions of the skin, hair and nails. Commonly treated conditions include acne, psoriasis, warts, eczema and drug rashes. Dr. Bair and her team will work with you to develop a personalized approach to treating your condition.
Skin Cancer
More people are diagnosed with skin cancer in the US than all other cancers combined. In fact, 1 in 5 of US residents will develop a skin cancer by age 70 an in Colorado, our active lifestyles can contribute to an even higher risk. Dr. Bair and her team are experts at early skin cancer detection and prevention.
Cosmetic Dermatology
Dr. Bair has been active in the newest trends in cosmetic dermatology since her residency. She strives for a very natural appearance and achieves results by collaborating with patients on their goals and desires. Her favorites modalities are neuromodulators (Botox, Dysport and Xeomin) and fillers (Restylane, Lyft, Radiesse Belotero, etc.) in combination with prescription skin care.

This was such a comfortable, efficient and professional appointment! Going in for a skin check is never fun, but it really was quite easy. My little boy had to come with me and they were so kind and included him so he wasn’t scared about what was happening to mommy. I ended up needing a biopsy and the whole time I felt noticed and cared for – can’t recommend Crossroads enough!

I am so glad to have found Dr. Bair. My entire experience–from my initial phone call to my actual office visit–was very positive. I had multiple communications (phone and email) with the office staff, Alyssa and Sarah, before my office visit with Dr. Bair and Nurse Sarah. Everyone was friendly, helpful and patient. They were sensitive to and respectful of my anxieties about safety because of the pandemic. They were considerate of my time; I was seen when scheduled. The office is in a great location; parking was easy/plentiful and the office was accessible (right inside the front door of the building). The office space itself was immaculate and welcoming. I am relieved to have found a dermatologist whom I trust and believe to be compassionate and competent, and who has hired an exceptional staff.

Dr. Bair was friendly, well-organized and very proficient. Although our visit was conducted in a businesslike fashion, I never felt rushed and she took time to answer my questions. She offered great advice but left it to me to make my decision regarding treatment. Highly recommended! Thank you Dr. Bair and staff for an excellent visit!
